1Overview
TransProcessor is operated by Road King Logistics ("we", "us", "our"). The app is used by two types of users — Vendors, who post loading and unloading jobs, and Workers, who accept and carry out those jobs. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the TransProcessor mobile application (the "App") and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when a job is created, assigned, tracked, or completed.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2Information we collect
We collect information that is necessary to match vendors with workers and to coordinate loading and unloading jobs reliably.

3How we use your information
- To create and manage vendor and worker accounts.
- To match workers with nearby loading/unloading jobs posted by vendors.
- To share relevant job and location details between a vendor and the worker assigned to their job.
- To verify identity and reduce fraud on the platform.
- To track job progress (assigned, in-progress, loaded, unloaded, completed) and maintain proof-of-work records such as photos.
- To send job alerts, status updates, and service notifications.
- To provide customer support and resolve disputes between vendors and workers.
- To improve app performance, reliability, and security.
- To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
5App permissions
TransProcessor requests the following device permissions, each tied to a specific function:
- Location: to assign nearby jobs to workers and show job/vendor location during an active loading or unloading task.
- Camera & storage: to capture and upload proof-of-loading/unloading photos and worker/vendor documents.
- Notifications: to alert users about new jobs, job status changes, and messages.
- Phone/contacts (optional): to enable direct calling between a vendor and worker for an assigned job, if you choose to use this feature.
6Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access-controlled servers, and restricted internal access — to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we continually work to improve our safeguards.
7Data retention
We retain account and job data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App's services. Job records (such as proof-of-loading photos and completion logs) may be retained for a limited period after completion for dispute resolution, accounting, and legal compliance, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.
8Your rights & choices
- Access & update: you can review and edit your profile information from within the App at any time.
- Location control: you can disable location permissions from your device settings, though this may limit job matching and tracking features.
- Notifications: you can opt out of non-essential push notifications from your device settings.
- Deletion: you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see the section below.
9Account & data deletion
You can request deletion of your TransProcessor account and personal data directly within the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account), or by visiting our dedicated Delete Account & Data page, or by emailing us at info@roadkinglogistics.in.
10Children's privacy
TransProcessor is intended for use by vendors and workers who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
